It was a nightmare. Impossible to program the thermostat. Every time I thought it was turned off, the heat would come on. Or the air conditioning. Who knows? It was miserable. Normally I just turn it to “off,” as one does. Unbelievably awful.

Business brings me to Binghamton often and I always stay at this location. It's close to food and beverage options, and is an easy commute to the City of Binghamton as well as the SUNY campus. Clean and comfortable. Great staff. Extra kudos to Manager Virginia who was able to resolve an issue with my reservation quickly and professionally. Highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

My husband and I stayed here one night after dropping our daughter off at Binghamton. The room was lovely and very well appointed. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. I plan to return many times! Thank you!

The room was comfortable and quiet. The Achilles heel of most hotel rooms is a noisy HVAC that is hard to regulate but our room here had the best hotel HVAC we’ve experienced in a long time. Quiet, comfortable and effective without blowing a tornado of cold air onto us. Also the king bed was very comfortable. Despite being between two major roads, it was quiet with no noticeable road noise. We were on the first floor. The major road behind the hotel is elevated so I suspect the noise mostly goes over. Lots of restaurants nearby though mostly chains. I have a few nits about this place but the point of a hotel on a road trip is to sleep and we slept very well here so it served its purpose well.

Had a very nice stay. We stayed 2 nights and it was a very pleasant. We arrived pretty late on day 1, but they had already given us a non-ground floor room on the quieter side of the hotel (as I requested). Registration was painless and the front desk person was very nice. The hotel was clean and modern, and the room was nicely appointed. There was a nice desk as well as plenty of charging ports both at the desk and bedside. The queen beds were comfortable. The restaurant had a nice breakfast menu and the food was well prepared. All the staff were very nice. I believe it was a good value for the money.

This is an older hotel in need of updating. Other than that it was a standard Marriott Courtyard. We are platinum members but were told no water on check in and there is no free coffee in the morning - I always find that strange ar this level Marriott

Enjoyed our stay for a wedding. Rooms were good and clean. Location was safe and convenient. Best part was a nice, simple lounge area for our multiple rooms to meet for breakfast. (Decent “Starbucks like” with better food choices). And it night the breakfast area turned into a bar. Made our stay much more “home like”. The woman running the breakfast was a joy!
